This session includes running technique exercises and training that will improve your running fitness to make you ready for your goal event at the Gold Coast Marathon. You will also be advised on training that you
can do between sessions to help with your progression

Wear running clothes and jogging shoes, water bottle, sun cap and sunscreen.
