Lunch Hour Exercise Idea: Pilates

When you’ve got a sandwich in your bag and lunch hour all for yourself, there’s always enough time for Pilates. If you could find a nearby private or group lesson, don’t hesitate to just stretch your body and let it sweat even in the middle of the day! Most of these classes are under an hour, so you could still do it before resuming to work. You’ll feel more focused and energised!
