This week, we celebrate the successful weight loss of Andrew Orford. Here’s his story:

Six months post bypass and 43.5kg down, I hit my target at 5 months. I have not been this weight since I was 11 years old! I could not have achieved this result without my wife’s support. She has come on the journey with me, walks 1 hour a day with me in all weather conditions, and prepares all my meals. We both have a new lease on life and motivate each other to stay on track to exercise and eat right every day.
