Why did you want to have your weight loss procedure?

I was 160kg at my heaviest and no longer loved my body as much as I used to and needed to make a change.

How were you feeling in your “THEN” photos?

Fat, ugly and unhappy

How are you feeling NOW?

I feel a lot better, and a lot more confident in myself and my body, I don’t shy away from the camera, I am more physically active and have started competing in virtual challenges.

What has been your most memorable Non-Scale Victory?

I am currently in a pair of size 18 jeans. I didn’t think I would get to this size again

What was your experience like with the WLSA team?

I love the WLSA team, and the constant support, from scheduled calls to random just checking in emails. I have felt like I could do this right from the start. I felt I was able to ask as many silly questions as my heart desired and I was never made to feel like they were silly questions.

Is there anything else you’d like to include in your WARRIOR Story?

It sounds so cliché, but the hardest journey is the one you never start.
