This week, we celebrate the successful WeightLoss of Kelvin Ginn. Here’s his story:

I thought I’d share some before and after pictures. It has been just under six months since my operation. I’ve lost about 35kg, and I’ve started hitting the home gym. 
People say it’s the easy way out, but it’s not, it’s still hard work. It’s a change of lifestyle and a big mental change.

I still need to put in the hard work, so bring on the 12 month mark!
