This week, we celebrate the successful Weight Loss of Cheryl Stephens. Here’s her story:

So happy to have lost 20 kgs in four months! Hopefully I can look forward to another 20 kgs loss! Whoohoo!

I have thyroid problems but find I am sleeping so much better than before having the Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG) procedure.

My advice is… Go for it! Happy as and feeling so much better today!
