This week, we celebrate the successful Weight Loss of Richard Kerr. Here’s his story:

Richard Kerr is just 39 years of age.  He lives in Adelaide, South Australia and had previously not found a clinic willing to look after him. At 253kgs* before surgery, Richard was literally a ticking time bomb.

Now, at less than 12 months since his surgery, he has lost a massive 85kgs*. This is the first time in about 8 years that Richard has fallen below 200kgs*.

The fact is,  if he had not been brave enough to address his weight now his future would have been seriously compromised by his weight.

We are so proud of his achievements so far. In the first week post surgery he was feeling great and ready to start his new journey towards a better quality of life and we hope free of long term medical issues that go hand in hand with excess weight.

Richard is finding he now has increased energy; he is able to lead a more active life and he can now find clothes that fit. *
